Three Roller RollingMachine

A three roller rolling machine continuously bends metal sheets using a top roller for downward pressure and two lower rollers for support.

Its core function is to roll sheet metal into cylindrical, curved, or conical shapes. Suitable for pipes, tanks, and other applications, it requires turning to pre-bend the ends (symmetrical three-roller rolling). Asymmetrical three-roller rolling eliminates the need for pre-bending, but is less efficient than four-roller rolling.
