Each bending press foundation is a sturdy monoblock frame, making our bending press brakes function accurately and reliably year after year. Dual hydraulic cylinders are located on both sides, with precision oil plugs and quality seals for consistent machine performance.
The core structure of the gantry machine bed, column,beam, etc.is made of cast iron or steel with reinforced treatment, together with the optimized design of box section and reinforcing bars, the rigidity is much higher than that of ordinary machine tools. This high rigidity makes it able to withstand large cutting forces, and can be used for roughing with large feed and deep cutting to significantly shorten the machining cycle of large parts. For example, when machining wind turbine spindles, the cutting efficiency of gantry machines is 3-5 times higher than that of ordinary horizontal machines.
