Precision Leveling Machine

Precision leveling involves repeatedly bending metal through a large number of staggered leveling rollers. The bending amount can be adjusted to achieve the desired bending plan, thus preserving the metal's appearance.

After repeated bending, the metal fiber lengths gradually become uniform, and internal stresses in the material are simultaneously eliminated. The metal sheet is then leveled.

Many users resort to cutting methods to achieve flatness, but precision leveling saves material.

Precision leveling utilizes continuous bending technology, which exponentially increases leveling efficiency. This enables constant production lines, reducing labor costs and eliminating the need for traditional leveling techniques.
